This Refund Policy is governed by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) and applies to digital products and services purchased from HN DIGITAL GROUP LTDA.
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, the consumer has a period of 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the date of purchase or receipt of access, to exercise the right of withdrawal without the need for justification.
How to Request
The request must be sent to hndigitalgroup@gmail.com, including purchase details and, optionally, the reason. Processing time is up to 10 business days after approval.
Exclusions
After the 7-day legal period, digital products, by their nature, are not refundable, except in cases of proven technical failure not remedied by the company.
Refund Method
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, subject to the operational timeframes of the financial institution or payment processor.
