This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is entered into between HN DIGITAL GROUP LTDA (CNPJ 66.296.785/0001-08) and the end user ("You"), governing the use of software and platforms provided by the company.
License Grant
The user is granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the software, in accordance with the terms contracted.
Restrictions
It is prohibited to copy, distribute, license, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software, unless expressly authorized otherwise.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the software remain with HN Digital Group LTDA, with copyright protection under Brazilian Law No. 9,609/98 (Software) and Law No. 9,610/98 (Copyright).
Termination
This license may be terminated for breach of contractual obligations, in which case the right to use the software ceases immediately.
Jurisdiction
The Courts of the District of Florianópolis/SC, Brazil, are elected as competent, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
